Activities for children

Some shoots I made today for the activities for children done at Casa della Musica, in my town. These activities are done by teachers for stimulate the creativity of children with songs, jokes, drawings and plenty of enjoyment. I enjoy myself during these sessions even if after the session I'm very tired because for the most of the time I walk and I do photographies on my knees. But I really like the final work and every knee pain is forgotten!

Train

Venice: just a trip

The first days of june we went to visit Venice, for just a little trip. In the days before the trip we had a lot of bad days with rain and storms: not usual for the june's period in Italy. Anyway we went to visit to my girl' sister and we stayed with them for a day, relaxin', drinkin', eating lovely dishes cooked with supremacy by my brother in law. During the afternoon of the sunday we decided to go for the trip to Venice, just because the weather was turning to a lovely sunny, even if the storms were all around the city of Venice.

We used the train to reach the center of Venice, after that three hours by feet to see the famous venetian city. As usual I used my camera, without thinking the pictures would be so interesting for that day.. we were there for some hours and I had not the time to walk for takin pictures. But the weather gave me the possibility to take some really interesting moments, expecially in the famous San Marco's Square, when the sea started to grow up. These are some of the shots I did that day, I hope you will enjoy them as I did while I was photographing.

Aikido Weekend 1/2

Questo weekend sono stato allo stage aikido al dojo di Torino. Il dojo è bellissimo, ed è immerso nel verde. Davanti al dojo c'è un piccolo stagno artificiale in stile nipponico e trote all'interno. Dentro, oltre ad un grandissimo spazio tatami, c'è una palestra e un negozio fornitissimo di articoli per arti marziali che stupidamente non ho fotografato. Nei due giorni d'allenamento si sono svolti anche esami per cintura nera I e II dan.

The past weekend I participated in the aikido national stage in Turin. The dojo is beautiful, and it is situated between a peaceful green zone. In the front of the dojo there is a little artificial pond in japanese style with some trouts inside. Indoor the dojo there is a gymnasium for body building and a big shop plenty of martial arts items. In the two days of the stage there were also exams for black belts I and II dan.

Greetings to All

Sto finendo il mio grosso lavoro del periodo (poi andrò un po' in vacanza), e voglio salutare tutti quelli che vengono a visitare il mio Blog e le mie pagine di Flickr. Ciao!

Per iniziare voglio ringraziare il gentilissimo vespista triestino che mi ha rimesso a posto la parte arancio della freccia della mia moto, che era inavvertitamente caduta a terra. Mi ha lasciato un messaggio incognito sul serbatoio, e mi ha consigliato di verificare se ha rimesso a posto la freccia in modo ottimale. Non so chi lui sia ma metto questo ringraziamento sulle mie pagine così, forse, un giorno passerà da queste parti e si riconoscerà. Grazie ancora! :)

I'm going to finish my big big work (and after that I will go for some days of holydays), and I want to greet all who visit me on the Blog and on my Flickr pages. Ciao!

For first I just want to thanx the lovely person who found on the ground my motorbike indicator light (the orange part), falled down without any damage caused by someone. He leaved me a message on my fueltank and he tells me that he found the part down and that he tried to put it on in the right way; he suggested me to check if his was well done. Also he signed the letter wint "A vespa scooter rider". I don't know who he is, but I hope that one day he will pass through my pages and he will see his own letter! Grazie! :)

Looking for Fun

Sto lavorando parecchio alla pubblicazione di un libro Generali di prossima uscita più altri lavori collegati ad esso. Questa mattina mi sono alzato alle 4.30 per preparare dei files da mandare alla fase di stampa.
Ho fatto nei giorni passati ancora ulteriori fotografie che saranno utilizzate in futuro per le loro pubblicazioni, sostanzialmente palazzi triestini. Camminando per le strade di Trieste ho scattato qualcosa a dei particolari che mi colpivano, per divertimento e per Flickr. Spero che li apprezzerete.
La prima mi ricorda una di quelle vecchie maschere Maya o Azteche utilizzate dai precolombiani durante le cerimonie.
La seconda è l'insegna di un negozio di barbiere affiorante dall'intonaco di un vecchio muro della città vecchia. Adoro queste insegne, non dovrebbero farle scomparire.
La terza è un'imprecazione della quale non serve dar spiegazione a chi capisce l'italico linguaggio! he he.. (scusate gli errori di scrittura)

I'm working hard in these days.. this morning I got up at 4.30 to prepare some files of a book who must go on the printing phase.
In the past days I did some new photographs for a client, and they will be used on the client's books, in the future, the most are buildings of my town. Walking throug the streets of Trieste I did some shots of other stuff, looking the walls just for fun, and just for Flickr. I hope you will enjoy them.
The first reminds me to a Mexican mask, that ones used by the precolumbians.
The second one is an old sign of a Barber's Shop, in the old town. The shop now could be a storeroom, but I love to see the old signs on the plaster of the old walls.
The third one is a curse. It means "Fuck off I hate you all, rough fellows". I used rough fellows to translate our slang tamarri, a kind of people who is petty, bad dressed, yobbish, noisy.. (thanx to my dictionary on line heehee, and sorry for my english!).

Water

Devo dire che queste foto sono il primo e vero esperimento di questo tipo di macro, non quelle del latte. Dopo una decina di giorni senza vederle devo dire che le trovo più interessanti della prima volta che le ho viste. Mi piace guardarle, forse perché adoro certe tonalità dei colori blu.

I must say that: these photograph were the first experiment of the macro shots, not the milk ones. After ten days without watching them I must say I find them more interesting than in the first time I saw them. I just love to see them all, maybe because I love them for the blue colours.
