BORA

C'è un gelido vento da est che soffia a Trieste, e si chiama "Bora". Non soffia in tutte le giornate invernali, ma se arriva può essere potente, con raffiche fino a 200Km orari! Le raffiche non vengono sempre dalla stessa direzione e non è mai costante.. può girare all'improvviso la sua forza e ti può gettare a terra ognivolta e dovunque.
Durante questi periodi ogni scooter o moto può cadere, e bisogna fare attenzione a dove li posteggiamo. Le finestre devono rimanere chiuse altrimenti le persone in strada potrebbero ferirsi con i vetri rotti che arrivano dall'alto.
Penso che ognuno dovrebbe provare questo vento favoloso, anche se solo per un giorno.

There is a icy wind from the east that blows here in Trieste during the winter days called "Bora". It doesn't blows every day, but when it comes it can be very powerful, with gusts up to 200Km per hour! The gusts are not from the same direction, and it hasn't the constantly blow.. it can turn his power to kick you down, everytime, and everywhere.
During these days every scooter or motorbike can fall down, so we must pay attention where we leave it. The windows must be closed otherwise people could be wounded by the crashed glass falling down in the streets.
I think everyone should try this fabolous wind, even if just for one day.
